This week we have guest JoAnne Leppanen, Executive Director, RI Patient Advocacy Coalition (RIPAC) discussing a variety of topics surrounding Medical Marijuana and how it relates to today’s growing movement to legalize adult marijuana usage in Rhode Island. JoAnne is a retired attorney and practiced health care law in Massachusetts for thirteen years. She has an extensive background in advocacy and interacting with government agencies.
