Cannabis Times Radio is back on air! Listen to this week’s show. Tune is as we take a weekly bi-coastal look at the Cannabis reform movement. This week Tim and Judd spoke with, Michael E. Cindrich, one of San Diego’s top medical marijuana attorneys. He represents clients in all areas of criminal law, as well as assisting with corporate and compliance issues related to medical marijuana. Mr. Cindrich is an advocate for medical marijuana patients across the state of California and throughout the United States. He currently serves as a member of the California Cannabis Coalition legal team, and is a lifetime member of the national NORML Legal Committee. Prior to working in private practice, Mr. Cindrich was a Prosecutor for the San Diego District Attorney’s Office where he was lead council on dozens of misdemeanor and felony cases. During that time, Mr. Cindrich successfully litigated and negotiated cases ranging from Gang Injunctions and DUIs to more serious charges such as Robbery, Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Burglary, and Drug Sales. Having gained valuable trial experience and extensive knowledge of the San Diego Courts, Mr. Cindrich decided to pursue his true passion of becoming a defense attorney.
